Just over one week ago, an Army Blackhawk helicopter crashed into a civilian American airlines plane. This story exploded on the internet, leaving everyone wondering how such a horrific incident could occur. As of February 9th, all 67 individuals involved in the crash—including those aboard the Army helicopter and civilian airplane—have been pronounced dead. Investigation results have shown that the Army helicopter’s safety system was off, leading to the crash occurring.
